Personal Trainer

You’ll learn more than just basic skills at Swedish Institute to help you excel in the fast-growing field of fitness.

You’ll be prepared to take on a variety of health, fitness and business roles as a graduate of Swedish Institute’s Personal Training program. We provide an in-depth curriculum in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology, and the biomechanics of exercise.  Students also learn how to integrate nutrition and general wellness into each training program.
